Terms of Service

Profit Buildr

Effective Date: May 1st, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Profit Buildr platform, website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Profit Buildr, owned by Realt Investments Inc.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Definitions

1.1 “Company” or “Profit Buildr”

“Company,” “Profit Buildr,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Profit Buildr, the operating entity that owns, manages, and provides the Service, including all software, applications, tools, analytics, data, and related functionality made available to users.

Profit Buildr is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Service but may rely on affiliated entities, contractors, and third-party providers in delivering such services.

1.2 Parent Company

“Parent Company” refers to Realt Investments Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of California, which owns, controls, or holds a controlling interest in Profit Buildr.

The Parent Company may provide administrative, financial, technological, or strategic support to Profit Buildr but does not directly operate the Service unless explicitly stated.

1.3 Affiliates

“Affiliates” means any entity that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with Profit Buildr or the Parent Company.

For purposes of this definition, “control” means ownership of more than fifty percent (50%) of the voting interests or the power to direct management or policies, whether through ownership, contract, or otherwise.

Affiliates may include, but are not limited to:

Parent Company entities
Sister companies under common ownership
Joint ventures or strategic partners under shared control

1.4 Subsidiaries

“Subsidiaries” means any entity that is directly or indirectly owned or controlled by Profit Buildr or the Parent Company, including entities in which more than fifty percent (50%) of the voting interests are held.

Subsidiaries may perform functions related to the Service, including but not limited to operations, technology development, data processing, or customer support.

1.5 Company Parties

“Company Parties” collectively refers to:

Profit Buildr (Operating Company)
Realt Investments Inc. (Parent Company)
All Affiliates and Subsidiaries
Their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and service providers

All limitations of liability, disclaimers, indemnifications, and protections outlined in these Terms apply equally and collectively to all Company Parties.

1.6 Limitation of Responsibility Across Entities

You acknowledge and agree that:

The Service may be provided by or involve multiple Company Parties
No individual entity, including the Parent Company, Affiliates, or Subsidiaries, shall be separately or individually liable for obligations of another entity
All protections, disclaimers, and limitations of liability in these Terms extend to each Company Party to the fullest extent permitted by law

1.7 No Partnership or Agency

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to create any partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and any Company Party.

No Company Party shall be deemed a broker, agent, fiduciary, or advisor unless explicitly agreed in writing.

2. Description of Service

Profit Buildr is a real estate investment analysis platform that uses third-party data, APIs, and artificial intelligence (“AI”) to provide users with market insights, projections, market-related information and analysis based on user-inputted or system-generated data.

The Service is intended for informational and educational purposes only.

3. No Financial, Legal, or Investment Advice

Profit Buildr does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

All data, analytics, projections, and AI-generated outputs are:

General in nature
Not tailored to your specific financial situation

You should consult licensed professionals (e.g., financial advisors, attorneys, tax professionals) before making any investment decisions.

4. “As Is” and “As Available” Disclaimer

THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ALL DATA, PROPERTY INFORMATION, ANALYTICS, AI OUTPUTS, AND CONTENT, IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:

Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of data
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Availability or uninterrupted access
Error-free or secure operation

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED WILL RESULT IN PROFITABLE INVESTMENTS. YOU AGREE TO PERFORM INDEPENDENT DUE DILIGENCE.

5. Accuracy of Data and Analytics

Profit Buildr relies on third-party data providers, public records, and AI-generated analysis.

You acknowledge and agree:

Data may be incomplete, outdated, delayed, or inaccurate
Property values, rent estimates, comps, and projections are estimates only
AI-generated outputs may contain errors, assumptions, or incorrect conclusions

You are solely responsible for independently verifying all information and conducting your own due diligence before making decisions.

6. Risk Acknowledgment

You acknowledge that:

Real estate investing involves significant risk
Market conditions can change rapidly
You may lose some or all of your invested capital

By using the Service, you agree that all investment decisions are made at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

PROFIT BUILDR AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES
LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR INVESTMENT CAPITAL
ERRORS OR INACCURACIES IN DATA OR ANALYTICS
DECISIONS MADE BASED ON THE SERVICE

INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES ARISING FROM:

REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS OR INVESTMENTS
RELIANCE ON MARKET DATA, COMPS, OR AI OUTPUTS
THIRD-PARTY DATA SOURCES OR API FAILURES

IN ALL CASES, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) TO USE THE SERVICE IN THE PREVIOUS 12 MONTHS.

8. Third-Party Data and Services

The Service integrates with third-party data providers and APIs.

We do not control and are not responsible for:

The accuracy or availability of third-party data
Interruptions or failures of third-party services
Any damages arising from reliance on such data

Your use of third-party data is at your own risk.

9. User Responsibilities

9.1 Due Diligence Requirement

You agree to conduct your own independent research and due diligence before making any investment decisions.

9.2 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for the accuracy of any data, property details, or financial inputs you upload or enter.

9.3 Account Security

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
All activity under your account

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

10. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use the Service for unlawful purposes
Scrape, copy, or extract data at scale
Reverse engineer or attempt to access underlying systems
Interfere with security or system integrity
Upload fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive information
Spam or harass other users

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

11. Investment-Specific Terms

11.1 No Guarantees

We do not guarantee returns, performance, or outcomes.

11.2 Accredited Investor Representation (If Applicable)

If you participate in any investment offerings through the Service, you represent that you meet applicable legal requirements, including accredited investor status where required.

11.3 Content and Deal Removal

We may remove any property listing, project, or user content at any time for any reason, including suspected fraud or violations of these Terms.

is managed by Profit Buildr, and is the exclusive property of Realt Investments Inc.

12.2 User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload.

However, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you:

Violate these Terms
Engage in fraudulent or harmful activity
Misuse the platform

You may stop using the Service at any time.
